Their pizzas are always fresh and delicious. Service is top notch, and their specialty sandwiches like the Chicken Mediterranean and the Grilled Chicken Prosciutto sandwich on ficocha bread are superb !!! Parking is sparse as it's only on the street. It's not Vito's fault. All the stores in general on Main St. in Pennington all lack parking. Very nice dining area inside. Can get a little noisy during lunch with the younger crowd from the nearby Pennington School that frequents Vito's, especially after school lets out. We order here pretty regularly and it’s usually great, but every now and then it is totally off. Case in point, we had friends in town from Sweden and wanted to share an authentic NJ pie with them. Sadly, our pizza arrived so “wet” that half the ingredients slid off the pie in transit. We called and ordered a replacement and they kindly acknowledged the issue and sent a replacement pie. The driver arrived and apologized, saying it was his fault, but it absolutely was not. This was a kitchen issue. They really need to leave any of their pizzas with veg on them in the oven longer because no pie should arrive with all this liquid.
