The food was good, but not exceptional. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is located right by the water, offering a beautiful setting. The service was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was incredibly delicious. Overall, it felt like a high-end dining experience. The prices were consistent with other similar restaurants I have been to, around $40 per plate. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely go back myself.

Today, we had reservations at the Grand Marlin for 4:00. We arrived 10 minutes early and were met by a very unfriendly hostess. She had long dark hair and red nails, but never smiled or escorted us to our table, even though we were left waiting 15 minutes past our reservation time. The bartender outside was friendly, but we ultimately decided to leave due to the unwelcoming atmosphere created by the hostess. We would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

Oh wow, bring your elastic waist band pants because THIS is all delicious! We had a great time! We were celebrating our anniversary and came in for dinner, we ate on the bar side and the atmosphere was comfortable and nice. Our waitress was a Key West native and had phenomenal suggestions on the menu backed up by excellent service. While everything we had was delicious, we still talk about the mashed potatoes that accompanied the grouper and that delicious cake! Definitely plan on coming back again when we're in town.

Please get the Key Lime pie. It am not a dessert person but it is insane and probably one of the best desserts I have had. Overall I would recommend Grand Marlin for a special occasion dinner, they also have an indoor/outdoor bar that is slightly more casual. The location is great, the food is decent, and staff is attentive. Drinks are actually very fairly priced compared to food which I was surprised! Would go back for sure.
