Chicken Salad Chick - Pensacola

I've dined at numerous Chicken Salad Chick locations, from Tampa to Memphis, and the one in Pensacola is by far the worst I've experienced. The recipes seem to stray from what Chicken Salad Chick corporate intends, unlike other locations that taste divine! On several occasions, I've received broccoli salad made with old broccoli, and the Jalapeño Holly had an overwhelming amount of salt. It's clear when employees take pride in their food preparation, but unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

I can't believe I waited so long to try this restaurant! I ordered the Fruity Fran on a croissant, accompanied by a side of fruit and a sugar cookie. It was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed every last bite.

Hannah is an excellent cashier and server; she’s friendly and approachable. The food is simply fantastic—I brought my picky eater boyfriend here, and he really enjoyed it. I would rate it a 10/10!

Deteriorating Quality! The cashier, sporting a cross earring, gave me a quick glance before returning his attention to his phone, completely disregarding me until I had to inquire if he was ready to take my order. He was rather brusque and had a dismissive demeanor. To add to the disappointment, nearly everything we wanted to order was unavailable. In the end, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere. When this restaurant first opened, the customer service was excellent. There are far too many other establishments to put up with this level of service!

I ordered food and didn’t receive what I requested. I’m very disappointed.
