El Paso Méxican Grill - Pensacola

Stopped by to eat lunch on our drive back home from FL to TX. Food was ok. Had nachos and seemed like they got done first and they were waiting for rest of food, since they were not crunchy when I got them. Niece said rice was good. Waiter had good customer service.

Found a hair in our cheese dip and confronted our waiter- his response “oh, sorry”. No attempt to fix it , and still charged us for it. Definitely made me lose my appetite, and won’t be back again.

The absolute best Salsa, Gucamole' and Queso Blanco I've ever had in my entire life. Along with two beautiful servers and an excellent La Mexicana Dish, a great bar ambiance and Boxing on the sports TV made for an excellent meal experience.

Came here tonight with a group of women from work. It was the first time here for most of us. The food was brilliant, drinks were a bit weak (that of someone who is not a big drinker). A few service-hiccups (expected with a big group like ours), but nothing, that was not fixed immediately. We had a meal not come with the rest due to a mistake in the kitchen, and they quickly made the order again, and then composed this meal without telling us a word. Our server was great, although we had to deal with all the different personalities on our table (something stronger than others). In any case, it is nice to go back (can be a smaller group next time)!
