The Iron Restaurant - Pensacola

Very high quality in all areas, my wife and I celebrated her 50th birthday and she has alfa-gal and they had no trouble accommodating the restriction.

Daughter and I ate something bad from this restaurant; sick for days afterwards we think it was the salad dressing.

Sensational! The food (and cocktails!! would make Alice Waters proud and the atmosphere is truly Southern slow and from the heart! No shortcuts taken on any of the classical sauces and the entire menu is a beautifully composed symphony of elegant, local/seasonal and nothing rushed and no shortcuts taken! Even more impressive: none of the snobbery you'd find at any equally good restaurant in San Francisco or Boston. I love Pensacola!!!
