The At Poplar Grove - Penticton

Expensive restaurant and food excellent. Unfortunately, service was abysmal wait 10 minutes for a menu, plates not cleared away, poor drink service and had to walk to the bench for our bill. Overall poor service not what you expect from an expensive restaurant

By far the best restaurant in Pentiction. Beautiful setting and view accompanied by very good food, wine and service. Great for 2 people to larger groups for both lunch and dinner. Our fravorite is a having a bottle of Poplar Grove Blanc De Noirs with the flat breads on the deck.

The dining experience was exceptional, complemented by excellent service. We truly enjoyed our evening.

The wine selection is limited to a few local options, alongside a full bar. The view is fantastic, especially in the evening when the sun sets, and the large outdoor terrace is a great spot to enjoy it. However, at this time of year, the wasps were quite bothersome! Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the service during this visit; we felt neglected. Our drink order was incorrect, and there was a long wait for dishes to be cleared between courses. Our water pitcher was not refilled despite three requests, and we also had to follow up multiple times for our second bottle of wine, alongside inquiries from the guests at the table nearest to us. We had recently dined at Waterfront Wines in Kelowna and had a much better experience for less money. We also had an excellent experience at Theo's Greek Restaurant in Penticton, which, although more casual, provided outstanding service. Perhaps because it was nearing the end of the summer season, the service felt a bit rough around the edges, but that should not be an excuse for a restaurant with such high prices.

We had a wonderful dinner during our honeymoon. Before dinner, we enjoyed a wine tasting at the vineyard and then savored a large bottle of wine by the lake while we ate.
