Bidra med feedbackI?ve been coming to this DQ since 2000, I usually just get a Blizzard in the drive thru. The last three times the kids working don?t add much of the flavor it?s 75% vanilla ice cream, not blended well and they over fill the cup so when they put the lid onit it runs down the sides. Being in my car I don?t want ice cream dripped everywhere. I ask to have it wiped off they do it butare annoyed. I?m not sure what?s happened but from the many single star rating for months now it doesn?t appear there?s propermanagement to address the issues. I will have to find a new location.
Had ice cream with my boys and the manager was outranging about the new coworkers how she was slow. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Didn't care for the customers around her. A worker comes in with tights and a tank top not even on uniform. Iuse to enjoy coming in now its very disappointing.
I went to a restaurant with my family and I was disappointed with the service. The manager seemed unprofessional and was criticizing the new employees for being slow. It didn't seem to matter to them that the customers were paying attention. One of the workers was wearing tights and a tank top, clearly not in uniform. I used to enjoy dining here, but now I find it very disappointing.
We had a mix-up with our order but Kyler was very polite and quickly fixed the mistake. Great customer service and attention to detail!
Initially, I inquired about my soda cup but was told to wait until after I received my meal. Once I started eating, I noticed that there was mustard on my burger even though I had requested none. The manager was understanding and offered to make me a new burger, but the whole process was quite slow. When I finally received the replacement, it was almost cold and lacking in quality. The customer service was also quite rude.
