This place needs help, carpet in the halls was filthy. Carpet in the room was dirty. Bathroom facet was loose. Nice big out door pool but no shade. For a Wyndham hotel this place is a dump.

Very very dirty property nothing like what's promoted online there's homeless people in front sleeping on the ground with blankets . Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude once the situation was brought to their attention. I had to wait a week for the general manager to contact me back for my refund once they did they just stated a refund couldn't be issued . I wasn't even comfortable getting out the car it was a complete nightmare me my guest stayed in a different hotel a few miles down .

We stayed there for 20 minutes then left after seeing blood on the toilet seat, hair in the washcloths, and dust across the whole room. The manager tried to give us new rooms that were even more disgusting.

Omg , I'm pretty sure I won't be coming back. I'm taking this one off my list. This woman thinks she's a queen or something she reminds me of my mother inlaw and you better listen to her . She got up in a women's face and started screaming at her . You lease that little dog right now. Or you get that dog in your room now. It was a little chihuahua just a little yapper. Wasn't aggressive towards anyone just barked plenty . She was screaming I told you to put it on a leash earlier. And the other woman reading her book outside said she isn't bothering me. Well I did not know this was a new rule . I was not told this and she turns around and starts screaming at my husband yelling and that goes for you guys too. My dogs don't bark or bite unlike most chihuahuas my 2 love everybody and are very quiet. Mine are sweet to anyone . Well I proceeded to the office to switch my cards out and she comes down the hall giving me go to hell looks if looks could kill i would be dead. I never even talked to that woman . I thought okay we got a woman like that ..Oh no I didn't let my mother inlaw talk to me like that . I went to the truck afterwards and got their leashes put them on Well I had to drag them by their neck to go potty. Needless to say the moma is scared of a lease her daughter too.thank God I have potty pads for them cause they are not going to be able to leave the room to go potty but 3 full grown cats don't need to be on a leash ? Mine have a real respect for cats they don't go near them . Well enough said but I will not have somebody screaming in my face , Like she did to that other woman. That is disrespectful to somebody who pays to stay somewhere. Now if it were a big aggressive dog I could see it but you don't talk to your guests that way . Iam not very pleased with her . Also what happend to breakfast every since covid.

Only stayed for 5 hours because our power went out. Asked for extra pillows they said couldn't get them because house keeping went home already. Supposed to get at 1 price they charged a way higher rate.
