Little Caesars Pizza - Perris

This place has definitely gotten worse.. the pizza is not fresh if anything it looks and tastes like day old, stale pizza. It's cold, flat, hard, and oddly shaped. Just really bad. And it's NOT the 1st time this has happened to us. I've even tried calling ahead to place the order but I still get this.. Not sure what going on but they've lost my business.

The waiting times are excessively long. Even if you place your order online an hour in advance, you still have to wait in line to pick up your pizza. Sometimes the pizza is already ready, but you still have to wait for those who ordered after you. The line is overcrowded and disorganized, as there’s no one managing the counter.

I wanted to order a 2 Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza at the Drive Thru, but they told me I had to pay for it first and then wait an additional 25 minutes for it to be prepared. It feels pointless to be in the drive-thru if I can’t order what’s actually on the menu and then have to wait even longer. This might be my last visit. Previously, I found a nail in my pizza here, so I stopped coming for a while, but now I’m definitely done with this place.

The service was lacking. I ordered four pizzas, and unfortunately, all of them were burned. I didn't realize this until I got home, and I didn't have time to go back.

Terrible! I ordered a pizza by car thru and I opened it was cold, crushed and cut in a bad piece.
