Little Caesars Pizza - Perris

Terrible! I ordered a pizza by car thru and I opened it was cold, crushed and cut in a bad piece.

I am a Doordash driver. I am on a time limit. Every time I come here to pick up an order I have to wait. Tonight 10/2/22 at 7:30 pm there is no crazy bread. I have to wait 10 minutes. My time is valuable being that I get paid pretty delivery. The person working the counter is very rude. I would never order from here. I will stick with Papa Johns.

I only gave it a 3 star because of the long 30 minutes wait for a classic pizza, I don't mind if it was 5 to 10 minutes. Parking is always crazy other than that my pizza was hot and fresh

Customer service was horrible, I'm a manager at a restaurant and not once did they acknowledge the customers in the front they just kept walking back and forth or giggling in the back, in view of customers talking about the sauce being solid. When I asked to speak to a manager or shift leader once I caught her walking by the girl asked why and I explained I'd been here for over 10 min not once did you say welcome or hi I'll be right with you than said she was one person and the only one in the front than walked off) but she was one of the ones giggle with a few of the other employees about the sauce to the right and kept walking back and forth while the lobby was filled. I get it being overwhelmed and busy but at least acknowledge your customers and not be snooty about it or laughing with others. Plus my food had been a half hour over the time it should have been ready and it had been sitting no notification sent. I wouldn't have been mad if she would have noticed any of us customers in the front. However there was a nice girl that finally did come to the front and help us.

This place has definitely gotten worse.. the pizza is not fresh if anything it looks and tastes like day old, stale pizza. It's cold, flat, hard, and oddly shaped. Just really bad. And it's NOT the 1st time this has happened to us. I've even tried calling ahead to place the order but I still get this.. Not sure what going on but they've lost my business.
