Arby's - Perry

I didn't have a great experience, and the customer service was just average—room for improvement. The drive-thru moved at a decent pace. I would rate the food a disappointing 3.5/10 because it was really not good!

I decided to give this restaurant another try since my last visit a few months ago when they were out of a few items. Unfortunately, they didn't have turkey or curly fries available tonight either.

The food is fantastic! The service is truly exceptional! I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to visit this place, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. The restaurant and dining area are always impeccably clean.

This was my second visit to this restaurant. The first visit was not good when I ordered a cheddar and toast beef but only had a small amount of cheese on one side. Today.I ordered a Rueben. It to only had ingredients on one side of the sandwich. Itwould suggest the person making the sandwich?s is unhappy and trying to ruin the business. They need to find a job that theyenjoy. What?s with the worker that keeps going to her car across the street.

One day I went through drive through and I heard one of the cooks coughing in the back. Of course when people hear coughs it makes you more worried about if the person had protection on to not spread germs on your food. I think I have every right tohave a face if I did have a face in the car which means I cared about myself to give her reaction. The girl at the window startslaughing and goes and tells the cook that I made a face when she coughed. The cook came back around came to the window anddecided to cough over everything. Then everyone started laughing. But I do not think that?s funny. That?s disgusting. I?ll nevercome back here again.
