They wouldn?t take my order or respond back to me over the inner com, and when i drove around the building the two exployees were sitting in the lobby area. When I called the restaurant they let it ring until it automatically disconnected.

Finally made it before breakfast was over so I could order my bacon club chalupa the girls working were intrigued by my order and said it sounded so good. I couldn 't remember what it was called when it was on the menu. Sarah if u read this it was a baconclub chalupa???????? They were very friendly- my chalupa shells were FRESH and it was everything I 've been waiting for... forever! TACO BELL BRING THE BACON CLUB BACKKKK

When we got to the window, I inquired again about the enchiritos, and the employee checked and confirmed that they did indeed have them. I asked if I could change my order (since there was no one behind us in line), and requested two pizzas along with four enchiritos instead. The girl at the register was having trouble, so someone else came to assist her. They asked us to drive around, and they would bring our food to us while holding onto our card since they hadn’t processed our order yet. When she finally brought our food, I apologized for changing the order and explained that we had come specifically for the enchiritos. After we drove home, we discovered that we received our original order, which was just four enchiritos and two Mexican pizzas, for a total of $32 for two people at Taco Bell.

The food can be inconsistent, sometimes delicious and well-prepared, but other times it's not even what I ordered. During my last two visits at night, it felt as if no one was around; they didn't respond to the drive-thru speaker at all.

I visited the restaurant and placed my order, but at no point was I informed that they were out of certain items. I went ahead and paid for my order without being told what was unavailable. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that they didn't have my items. I requested a refund, but instead of a replacement, they ended up double charging me for a drink. What should have been a $2 drink ended up costing me $16. It’s not worth going there since they never seem to have what you want and will still charge you for it.
