Bidra med feedbackI ordered a 10-pack of Timbits with different varieties, but 9 out of 10 were the same kind. Despite having a variety of options available, they all ended up being the same. I also ordered an iced vanilla latte, but they neglected to add any vanilla and used leftover espresso that had been sitting out for an unknown amount of time. Instead of the two shots I requested, I only received half a shot, with the drink consisting mostly of cream or milk. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed and busy, but this level of service is unacceptable. I waited approximately 10 minutes in line before being able to place my order and then waited another 10 minutes for it to be ready. While I don't mind waiting, receiving such subpar items after such a long wait is disappointing.
We stopped in quickly with the family, but were disappointed to find that there was no coffee or doughnuts available. Now there is a line of about twelve people waiting for coffee to be made. We watched the staff make three pots of coffee as there was none ready. It was a bit chaotic.
I really enjoy the coffee at this restaurant, but I find it frustrating that they close at 7:30pm, especially during the busy Christmas shopping season.
Asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel was barley anything when I got it so polity asked for them to put more on the girl mocked me when telling her Co workers what I wanted. I got dirty looks. Never coming back.
I just had the best experience at Tim Hortons! I'm visiting from Texas and my sister brought me here to pick up breakfast. Shelly took our order and she was so sweet, extremely informative, was very patient with my cluelessness. I would highly recommend this place.
