We walked in to order our food and was greeted by the manager yelling at two employees. She yelled at one until one began to cry in front of the store, employees, and customers. She ended up yelling at them telling them to leave and they aren't going to be put on the schedule again, essentially firing them in front of the customers. The manager, which I assume is named Crystal (the girl fired and crying called her that) was incredibly unprofessional. It left the atmosphere of the restaurant incredibly awkward and bothersome. I have not seen such a flagrant display of poor leadership, rudeness, and upright unprofessional in my time in any occupation or activity. Whomever this manager is, I can't imagine they could run any sort of operation well. I'll be sure to avoid this location from now on, simply due to her unacceptable behavior and actions to her employees (guess they're not now). 0/10
