This is my favorite Dunkin location in the area. They consistently make the best-tasting coffee and have a great selection of fresh donuts. They're usually fast, efficient, and friendly, depending on who's working and the time of day. I usually use the app for the fastest, most accurate order. Vegetarian options: Most of the selections are vegetarian, but NOT vegan.

I am a frequent customer here and normally have a wonderful experience. however in recent days I have dealt with an employee named Parker who has made me feel extremely unwelcome. left a bad taste in my mouth.

Always out of donuts. The bagels are horrible. This time my untoasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese was a slightly burned on the edges plain bagel with a scrape of cream cheese. I threw it out because it was hard and dry.And it seems like the workers are never paying attention to the register, I always have to wait.

I typically order through the mobile app (gotta get those dunkin points), however the past few times i have and one of the ladies that works the drive through, jenn, is so very unprofessional and rude. she is snappy when she comes through the speaker. my boyfriend and i had received our stuff, but they never handed us the hot chocolate, so we waited at the window for a few minutes and she came over and said “are you waiting for something?” with a nasty tone and a look of annoyance. i work in customer service, i understand how frustrating it is to be busy, but that is your JOB. either learn how to be respectful and kind, or get out of customer service. everyone else there is always super kind, but she is just very rude.
