Dunkin' Donuts - Peru

Alright so my favorite drink from Dunkin is a frozen coffee. I?ve ordered it several times in the past. The past 3 times I?ve ordered one I have received a frozen chocolate, I asked for a pumpkin spice frozen coffee. Somehow wound up with a frozenchocolate. Second time, they gave me something that was not frozen, tasted like pure syrup, it was literally not edible. Threwit away. Today, I ordered a ?large vanilla frozen coffee.? What I received was a vanilla bean coolata. Frozen coffees, frozenchocolates, and coolatas are 3 different menu items. Like a latte, cappuccino, and macchiato are all different things. Pleasetrain your employees on your menu items because they seem to just be making whatever they want.

Many times I have waited in tbr drive thru for 5-10 minutes even though I am the only customer. Coffee is good, but the service here is the worst. If you're able to Ottawa is much better than this one.

In today's world, it's rare to come across companies that prioritize exceptional customer service and community involvement. However, I found a true gem! The management and staff here are outstanding. The branch manager went above and beyond to accommodate my request, and this level of service is commendable. Thank you so much to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Peru, IL, for your generous donations for our business event! The selection of donuts was excellent, and both the donuts and coffee were remarkably fresh and delicious!

I experienced quick and friendly customer service. The coffee was rich and delicious. The young woman who took my order provided helpful suggestions and assisted me in deciding what I wanted when I was unsure.

I placed an order online and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that they didn’t have any online orders. After 20 minutes of arguing with four different employees and showing my order receipt on my phone, I finally got my food. It was a terrible experience, especially since it was an employee's birthday and it seemed like I had interrupted their celebration. I was very disappointed.
