Excellent food, good place for a family dinner or dinner. very fast service and tasty for all palets recommended for all age groups either young or old. could be better maintained and the hygiene improved, taking into account the price of the menu. the hotel is located in the residential area, they need a gps for a new bee in the opposite.

Awesome place to hangout with friends n gf.... N selfie lovers could get more of an Arabian theme....

Gathered for a birthday party around 7.30 pm. Restaurant situated adjacent side of Tower Park a hidden and a bit difficult to locate for those who are not familiar with this place. Almost ½ a decade old hotel sucks a little bit in ambience and neatness which was maintained in the beginning. On a Friday evening, there was only one family apart from us. Ordered Tandoori items like Tandoori Chicken, Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Achari Chicken Tikka, Reshmi Kebab, Kalmi Kebab, a couple of Chinese items, Chicken Chilly Garlic, Fried Rice, some Roties, Mix Vegetables, Mutton and Chicken Biriyani Tandoori items were served like sizzlers and taste good, Chinese items good, coming to the Briyani part it was totally disappointing even though we know that we should not order biryani in this hotel, somehow we ordered around 5+ Briyanis and it was a mess. The waiter took more than an hour to serve the biryani which was very poor in the service side. There is no coordination from the person who takes the order, with the one who serves and again the person who is looking over the billing does not have any idea about the first two. Totally messed and disappointed at the end. Spoiled a good day going to this restaurant.

Food quality was pretty good but the service was pretty pathetic. The manager also didn't give much attention to our complaints.

I know about Motimahal of Delhi. So ordered here in Chennai, home delivery with lot of confidence. But it was very bad experience.This was what butter naan looked.. burnt to become charcoal. Dal makhani was OK but not so great. Reshmi kabab was very soft but tasteless. Veg Dum biryani was like mixed veg curry mixed in basmati rice. I tried to contact restaurant but number busy always..is it working.? I request Motimahal chennai.. don't spoil reputation of Motimahal, please do justice for atleast one third of exorbitant rates.
