Buffalo Wild Wings Petaluma

I used the OpenTable app for the first time to reserve a table several hours in advance. When we arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings with my wife and kids, they informed us that they wouldn't honor our confirmed reservation. They told us that the Petaluma location doesn't actually use OpenTable. They didn't even offer to put us at the top of the waitlist or anything. It was a really disappointing experience! I've decided that I probably won't use OpenTable again, and my family will also be avoiding Buffalo Wild Wings for a while. Come on, get your act together, people!

We waited an hour for our food, and when it arrived, some of it was cold. The waitstaff also didn’t make any effort to sing happy birthday to my son or light his cake when they brought it out. Overall, the service and food were quite disappointing.

I went to watch Monday Night Football, and the servers were outstanding.

So apparently they use open table for reservations, but they do not accept reservations when its game day... There are games pretty much everyday! If you do not accept these reservations for certain game days, make sure open table is not available for that day. And if you cannot figure that out, then don't use open table altogether.

I ordered the southwest chicken salad and received rock hard butter avocados. When I asked the server for different avocado he said they had no more. That was it, no offer for anything different. We used to come here often as our boys love the wings but it is gone downhill.
