The place is charming, if somewhat bare-bones. (Maybe it 's better thought of as Scandinavian simplicity at its best. Service, though limited, is fairly quick, friendly, and very professional. I can 't state this strongly enough: Go for the food! It 's fantastic, better than I could have imagined even after having read several outstanding reviews. From a delectable main of moules frites (mussels with fries to an unusual but satisfying cold fruit soup for dessert, my dinner was very nearly flawless. Yum! food here is delicious! Its very casual, you come in and order at the counter. Then pick a table to sit and they bring the food to your table. We had a little bit of everything and loved everything! NOTHING was bad. I left wanting to come back and bring friends to share the experience. Menu is very generous, it has many options for all diets and tastes It has items for sale that are very cute, so not only you can have dinner but can get a gift too. Superb! can't wait to come back .

Who would have thought we'd find a hygge spot in Petaluma? The cozy interior is great for whether you want brunch or a cozy dinner. The eclectic menu is delicious that transports me back to Scandinavia. There's bound to be something on the menu that is up your alley. We got the pita, herring, and shrimp. We'll definitely come back for the mussels. The fries were perfectly cooked. Great little outdoor seating area as well.

Jane, Sarah and I had an excellent dinner at Stockhome! I had WienerSchnitzel, uniquely prepared by Stockhome and it was great... like the potatoes, the French fries, the cucumbers and the salads... we choose the beer from Iceland only because we... no complaints and wish them well!

It was tried with five of my Swedish friends and we all loved it! Ordered family style to try many dishes and all were delicious! Will definitely be back
