Mary Brown's Chicken - Petawawa

I love mary browns the food is great however this location leaves alot to be desired. i go a couple times a month, 3 times now ive been passed over at the counter and my food has not come out until the point i go up and complain (usually after waiting at least 20 mins) only to find the kitchen has no idea i even ordered and my food isn 't eve started yet. this time i was given a coupon for a free mary brown sandwich for my next visit . However i wuill never be back to this location of mary browns im sick and tired of wasting my entire lunch hour waiting for incompetent staff to help me, rather make hotdogs at work!!!!

Just to be clear, I go to this Mary Browns at least a couple times a month... and I will continue to go there. I love Mary Browns, and this particular one used to be one of the best I have ever visited. I had previously given this Mary browns a 5 star, but after today, I almost want to give it 1 star. I ordered a 9 piece feast and a 5 tender combo. The feast was fine, but the tenders.. OMFG the 5 tiniest tenders I have ever seen and I swear to god I only got like 12 fries... not even a handful... I am not exaggerating, the box looked empty. I paid $70 total for this!! What a Fing rip off... I should have checked it in the store, but by the time I was home, I just wanted to eat, and didn't want to drive back there angry.

Every time I get our food from Mary Brown's Petawawa and Kellton is working he is always nice and extremely pleasant. Good job. And of course very good food.

Great chicken sandwiches! It's not as good as Popeyes, but it's the best alternative.
