Bygones Resturant - Peterborough

Last night, I had a delightful and thrilling gourmet experience at The Bygone, located atop the Four Seasons Hotel. Everything I ordered was delicious! I particularly enjoyed the complimentary bread and carrot sorbet; both were not only tasty but also creatively presented. I savored each course without any reservations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates fine dining, especially those who want to enjoy a breathtaking view while they eat. This was my first visit, and I will definitely return. Additionally, they have an extensive cocktail menu. The service was excellent, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The food was outstanding, the wine selection was impressive, and the presentation was beautiful. The ambiance was lovely, and they also have wheelchair-accessible entrances and restrooms.

This is the best restaurant I have ever visited! In addition to the stunning view, the elegantly designed interior, and the exceptional service, the food is simply outstanding. I had the 10 oz prime rib and garlic carrots, and it was delicious! My friend and I enjoyed our meal so much that we're already planning our next visit. Everything about this restaurant deserves five stars; it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!
