Eating is always good and also the service. we find the lower level quite loud, but it is still one of our favorites.

Love Publican. It’s our favourite restaurant. We dine here all the time. They sat a family with small children beside us and it was really loud. The kids were loud and up and down on the bench right beside me. Hard to enjoy when annoyed but next table
