We celebrated my daughter's birthday, and it was a lovely experience. They acknowledged her special day by bringing her a dessert with a candle, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious, and our server was exceptional. The ambiance was delightful as well. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I ordered the ribeye, which was house-cut but a bit on the thin side—around half an inch thick, yet still sizable. I asked for it medium rare, and while it was cooked to the correct temperature, it lacked that appealing "crust" and had little to no seasoning, rendering it somewhat bland. I didn’t finish it. Additionally, the broccoli had an unpleasant oily aftertaste. We sat on the terrace, which was lovely and tranquil. The service was good, but when the restaurant became busier, we experienced a dip in attention. Our waitress didn’t return to check on us, and when she did, she brought the wrong check. We hoped to order another round of drinks for dessert, but she quickly moved away amidst the rush without asking us. The waffle bowl sundae we had for dessert was excellent. All in all, I would rate the restaurant a B for food and service, but an A for ambiance and atmosphere. Our server was very friendly, though she did seem a bit overwhelmed, which is understandable in a busy setting. The three-course prix fixe menu we chose was delightful. If you haven’t been, I recommend trying it—you likely won’t be disappointed. Perhaps I just picked the wrong dish with the steak.

The place is beautiful and next time we are going to dine on the porch. The service was attentive and the server was very helpful. The food was delicious. Definitely will go there again.

The history speaks as clearly as the creaky floors. What a fantastic experience from being greeted so beautifully, our cozy corner table to the lovely food and service. Definitely recommend!

**Pros:** The food is fantastic, and the overall cleanliness is commendable. There's a private beach just a short walk from the hotel. **Cons:** The hotel offers only street parking. The standard queen-sized room is quite cramped, making it impossible to open the bathroom door fully. The shower curtain had stains, and the shower head was covered in buildup. The beds were uncomfortable as well. Additionally, the front desk staff was extremely rude and made inappropriate remarks during my stay. **Overall:** I will not be returning to this hotel, and I cannot recommend it to others.
