Mcdonald's - Petoskey

The service is quick, but only if you're using the drive-thru. When I dined in, I usually waited about 25 minutes during busy times. I get that the drive-thru takes priority; I used to work in food service myself, but that wait feels a bit excessive. The coffee wasn’t the freshest either, but at least they consistently got my food order right.

Whenever I'm in Petoskey, I make it a point to stop here as often as possible. The dining area and the restrooms are clean, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. Plus, the food is fantastic!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a speck quarter pounder without speck, and a daily double without mayo, but both were incorrect—the quarter pounder came with speck, and the daily double was made with mayo. Additionally, the staff at the front register was rude and extremely unprofessional.

Service with a smile: the staff here are always friendly and the riders are hot, fresh and tasty!

Ordered inside. Simple large coke and fries. Was giving my cup. Came back to counter. Watched for more than five minutes as at least 6 employes waited for burgers for other orders. Not one of them was able to look at the big picture and see fries were already boxed and they could complete my order. Instead of making me wait for several other orders. It’s called multi tasking. I left with out my fries. McDonald’s is about speed. If I can’t count on that in the future maybe i need to hit Subway.
