I was very disappointed when I received my The Phoenix. Unfortunately there was no pepper jack cheese that is usually on it. It is the reason I order that sandwich. I love the pepper jack cheese and it just adds so much flavor to the sandwich. so when I first bit into it I knew something was off. and when I checked the sandwich I found out it was missing the pepper jack cheese. I hope next time I order that it is made correctly.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I have ordered two times through Uber Eats and twice have been shorted food. The receipts from both orders clearly shows that the order was entered correctly, but the missing items were not ticked off as packed. The second order even had a note to the restaurant to double check that all the food was accounted for before giving the order to the driver. On a positive note, the food is tasty and portion sizes are generous. It's a good value overall, but The Chocolate Factory needs to work on quality checking orders. This is prime spot in summer for ice cream right on the beach. However, even in winter this is a great spot to stop. The subs are awesome! They have a huge selection of ice cream to choose from. The staff is always super sweet.

We frequent this location often for ice cream in the summer. They often change the flavors frequently. Good view of Pewaukee lake.
