Friendly staff. Well a lot more can be improved such as quick customer service. Place to sit-in is can't accommodate more then 10 people. Order numbers are still called by voice (old fashioned way) and if is noisy you can easily be skipped because they will think mybe tou decided to go out. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I am very disappointed on Roman's pizza phalaborwa yesterday I send my daughter to buy a large pizza they gave her a pizza that I couldn't bear the smell green flies were following her with the box,and because there were an emergency at home I couldn't return it,I'm asking my self how could a human do that,because I paid for something that we didn't eat

Great food, terrible service. They used to be my go-to pizza restaurant, but today was unacceptable. They normally would have done a order in 20 minutes max. Now its 40mins.-1 hour!!
