Burger King - Pharr

I've consistently found that there are no breakfast biscuits available at 9 AM. The drive-thru staff are often rude or sarcastic. While this location is better than the one in Alamo, my review is based on multiple disappointing experiences, not just one. When I requested a few extra ketchup packets, I ended up with more than half a bag's worth.

The food was disappointing; the French fries were stale and cold, and the burger was also cold and unappealing.

The food is good, but I've had issues with them frequently missing items from my order. I've had to go back to get the things they forgot.

Stopped by after work for a quick bite figured I'd order a burger by itself and the place was pretty dead. When I received my burger it was the messiest thing I've ever gotten, covered in mayonnaise ,lettuce from somebody else's order stuck to the top of the bun and pieces of meat stuck to the bottom of the burger and to top it off was smashed flat by some clumsy idiot who probbly had no business behind a grill. This is the worst burger king I've even gone to in my life.

Literally just went for a spicy chicken sandwich and the jalapeño cheese bites, and was given a plain and dry burger. Soft cold fries, and 6 of 8 bites. Along with sticky ketchup packets! And like 6 ice cubes in my drink. And on my birthday at that. By the time I found everything out I was already at work. Terrible.
