Burger King - Pharr

If I can give zero stars, I trust. I went with my family at 8:20 am with the planning to eat in the din in the area and the girls staff were so rude with the ugliest attitude! They told us we can't eat in because she's already cleaned up and she won't clean twice! And consider signing the operating hours outdoors and online says Din in closing at 11 a.m. not at 8 a.m. Honestly, the worst Burger King ever!

I give a low score because the cashier took my card to calculate me and did not give it back for 2-3 minutes and he was not on my field of view Please update logs about handling card transactions

Don't go to this place. Someone at this point invites my debit card about and about... and no Burger King location in Pharr has a number to talk to management.

Beverages are not balanced. Mostly like soda water not enough syrup. But the service was fast and accurate.

I stopped by at this burger king with my friends since it was close to main event, where we were all hanging out at the time. We were hoping to eat in the dine in area but the doors were locked. Sign on the front says dine in closes at 11pm, it was barely 10pm and the doors were already locked. I knocked on the door to ask a question about the hours, but the workers were super rude and shooing us away with hand gestures. Very terrible customer service and definitely won’t be ever coming back to this one. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better burger king, this one honestly sucked.
