Gloria Jean's Coffees Pharr Tx

This place served us a piece of cake with MOLD on it. When we asked for a refund they told us that we need to throw away our drinks if we want a refund. We had teas. They insisted we throw away our hot water or they won’t refund us an insanely moldy cake. Absolutely selfish, greedy, and ridiculous. So unsanitary and I urge NO ONE to come here. Unless you want to eat MOLDED FOOD. Absolutely disgraceful from this cooperate chain!!!

I am disappointed that this place does not have customer satisfaction service for customers. I was told that if I don’t like the coffee/drink I order they could not make me a new one. I understand this is a local business but it is pretty successful for it not to take case of its customers. This is why I don’t stop buying from Starbucks bc they at least remake my drink I don’t like it. With more openings of this coffee shop, I believe they can help with remaking a drink to keep customers happy.

Small cozy place. Table sittings of two and four people. Clean restrooms. I've seen young, middle aged and older people having a good time with friends.

Ordered an iced cofee with cinnamon, hated it so I asked if I could exchange it. They said because it was custom made (the sprinkle of cinnamon) they couldn't change it out so I had to order a whole new coffee. This used to be my favorite coffee place but because of this experiance I am never coming here again.

I like coffee so there is little you can do to get an unfavorable rating. This place was quiet, clean, and very efficient. It didnt have all the selections I am accustomed to at my home vase coffee shop but we made it work.
