Wow, what a surprise for a McDonald's! The staff were incredibly friendly towards us and the kids, which is not always the case at McDonald's. Great job, ladies! Our order was processed quickly and accurately. I noticed the employees cleaning regularly, which was impressive. The tables were spaced out for social distancing, which is another plus. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I'm not even a big fan of fast food. The staff here are fantastic!
My meal was cold, and I didn't realize it until I got back on the road. I had requested hot fries, but they were cold. The burger meat wasn't even warm. I called to complain, but the person I spoke to hung up on me. I tried calling four more times, but no one answered. My daughter tried to call too, but didn't get a response. I'm really disappointed. The person at the drive-thru window was unfriendly and rude. I won't be coming back again! This place needs new management!
I waited over 16 minutes for a double cheeseburger, fries, and sweet tea. After driving 5 miles, I discovered that I was given chicken nuggets instead.
Extremely BAD customer service. Who ever is working the window to take orders on sep.6th 2020 at 11am. Ignored us as customers after she said she was ready for us to order, then argued with me when I tried to place my order at the pay window in order to keep the line moving. Never took my order instead kept taking other cars orders even after we waited through the line. Im 100% sure corporate office will like to hear about our experience as we were visiting from out of town. If you can't give customer service its as simple as finding a job else where.
