Ed's Pizza House - Philadelphia

Moved to a new neighborhood tried several places? Until I tried Ed?s everything was nice and hot, finally found a good cheesesteak in my new area. And the buffalo wings were on point. I will definitely be ordering from them again. ?

Service only bad. I called to order the phone she was very rude. In the end, when I tried to give my card numbers, she was just hanging in my ear. I called back to cancel my order and she just hung up. I ordered to eat over Uber and the food was just not what it was to be. I won't spend my money here anymore.

How do you make a pizza from scratch and cut the pizza but not the toppings. Because you sold me a pizza that was already made and slices and you reheated it after adding beef pepperoni. Smfh, if I could give zero stars I would.

This establishment needs a course in customer service. They are the most ignorant and disrespectful people I've ever met. I tried to place an order and the 1st young lady hung up on me before given me my total. Then when I called back literally 1 min later to add to my order, I was lied to twice by a worker and fake manager that my order was done as sent out. How the hell is one order done in a min???? So ignorant, it's establishments like these that gives businesses a bag rep in our neighborhood. No worries I, nor my family or anyone I know, will be spending another dime in this place. Worse service ever.
