Bidra med feedbackWe started with appetizers, enjoying the carpaccio girasole and melanzane, and then shared a pasta dish as well. For dessert, we each had cappuccinos and shared a slice of the homemade ricotta cheesecake, which was exquisite. We couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything was—from the hospitality provided by Michelle, Franco and Angela's daughter, to the attentive service from our waitress Carolina. Everything exceeded our expectations. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts, having fallen in love with this gem of a restaurant on Pine St. We will definitely be returning frequently. You must try this place; it truly is unparalleled!
The restaurant offers a romantic ambiance, delicious food, and a friendly staff.
We had dinner here on July 4th with the family (four of us in total). The homemade pasta was absolutely delicious! However, the chocolate mousse tasted just like the butter frosting my mother used to make for my birthday cakes when I was a kid. I helped her make it, so I know she used butter, cocoa powder, confectioner's sugar, and 2% milk for her famous butter frosting. For a classy Italian restaurant like this one, I was surprised that the homemade dessert resembled butter frosting. You could even see the little lumps of confectioner's sugar in the chocolate mousse. At $9, it really wasn't worth the price. On a brighter note, the torta di mele (apple tort) was scrumptious and clearly made from scratch!
