Hibachi Express - Philadelphia

Great quality and quantity for the dollar. The Hibachi entrees are similar to what you would receive at a traditional Japanese Steak House. The Sushi is good also. High recommendation.

We ordered from this restaurant for the second time and they did not deliver our food, claiming it was not their problem. Regarding the restaurant's response: As we discussed, when we contacted Grubhub, they confirmed that the restaurant mistakenly gave our order to another driver who was not supposed to have it. This error was solely the fault of the restaurant, according to Grubhub. Please do not attempt to dismiss this, as there is an incident report on file that was sent by Grubhub. The order was expensive, and we were treated rudely. The restaurant should maintain consistency in their account of what happened. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Every time I order delivery, something goes wrong. Last time, I was missing tuna and mango from my order, yet was still charged for it. Today, I ordered a poke bowl and once again, the masago eggs were missing, AND there was a black human hair on top of it. How will the restaurant address this situation?
