Mcdonald's - Philadelphia

Customer service must be processed here. I don't want to say or feel what?oh it? McDonald in South Philippines? because then it seems to be expected. Please give your employees a refreshing course on customer service. It's not a good look. This is not really a complaint to improve more like a train up. I'm sure the big bosses would appreciate that. I gave you two stars because they handled the long line in time. You just have to leave your funny settings on the door. It's not good for business. Thank you.

Hands down the best McDonald's! The employees are so nice helpful it really is like a family! Ms Collette needs a raise-she is absolutely amazing! Clean friendly quick best anywhere!

I love there food and milkshakes. If your patient enough you'll love it.

The Children's area is extremely dirty. They have not clean that pig's pin in months. Or maybe even year's. There are layers of dust and dirt in and around the fencing area. Everything you can possibly think of is in there. Very unsanitized and unhealthy environment for anyone's Children to be in. I have nothing positive to say about this place. It should be forced to shut down, until they clean up that pig pin. Shame on you all! That says a lot about the establishment and the employees their. They should all get fired. And hire a new crew.
