Soup is salty and they gave me a chocolate chip cookie instead of the lemon

Poor packaging the bread was just thrown in the bag not wrapped in anything.. they gave me apple juice instead of orange juice .. the vegetable soup taste like tomato soup .. never again

I have ordered a Mediterranean salad, I usually get less!

They give an order in kiosk and go back to wait for it to be ready. at my 2 visit I am notified that my order is ready, but they didn't even start it! I wanted a carved brot with sour teigbrot. because there was not someone at the front counter, I had to enter my order in kiosk and go back to wait. within 4 minutes it says that my order is ready. great, right. I'm going against to get it. not there. okay, they have to put it in the bag. No. I stand here with 4 other customers with blinded views on their face. they were here before me. after more than 5 minutes, I hear instructions for my order to someone. that's the second time that this happened. my conclusion the personal falsifies monitoring how long it takes to complete disorders.

I had the BBQ chicken sandwich. It was all bread and definitely not like it was pictured. Mac and cheese was lukewarm.Food: 2/5
