Pho Palace - Philadelphia

I'm not an expert on food here. I don't come here a lot. It's different from the Normal food I eat. Staff is friendly I've never had a bad meal here. Parking: A small parking lot out front

The waiter was very rude when we asked about why they are adding automatic tips and they got their $23 tip on a $130 meal for 6 people they have lost their business and they got their stupid tip

I'm really surprised with the good reviews. Who knows? Maybe I came on an off day. Nevertheless, this was my experience. Service was horrible. The Pho was mediocre considering the price. The Bahn Mi was the worst I ever had. The bread was rock hard, which made it difficult to enjoy the sandwich. Maybe I'll give them another try in the future, but my experience fell waaay short.

Your typical Vietnamese restaurant. As far as service goes, it's not too bad. The food is pretty good and fresh.

The food was delicious and was truly impressed by how good it tasted. The place was clean and a little empty for a Saturday. But that didn't stop the atmosphere from being %100 inviting.
