Rita's Italian Ice - Philadelphia

I'm biased because I love Ritas water ice. The one on Stenton gets really crowded but they have great staff. Parking isn't really the best. I had a blackcherrry gelati and it was great.

Coming to Philadelphia from Vermont! The line was a bit lengthy but I really enjoyed my first banana gelati! The customer service was pleasant with the help of Ayana!

The restaurant is back open! The staff member working today displayed incredible patience, especially given the difficult customer I observed him handling. He remained polite throughout the interaction and showed no signs of frustration, which is quite unusual in this city. That alone deserves a four-star rating. Additionally, the scoop was just the right size, and the flavor was delicious. Mt. Airy is lucky to have them back in business!

The young woman who served me was cheerful and welcoming. The water ice was delicious!

The pretzel was warm and enjoyable, but it had a bit too much salt for my taste.
