I placed an online order and asked about my food. The staff member told me to wait a moment, but he continued to chat with his coworkers, taking his sweet time. My fries were getting cold while he took forever to finish his conversation and didn’t even attempt to multitask. It was quite rude and inconsiderate. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and would rate the food 1 out of 5.

I absolutely love the wings and the atmosphere at this place, and I especially appreciate the staff—they're always respectful and organized. The music is great too! I hope they continue doing such a wonderful job!

The atmosphere was highly unprofessional, with loud music playing that made it hard to have a conversation. It felt like everyone was acting as if they were the manager. There were young kids around, and one in particular was blasting his music. I could barely hear myself when trying to place my order, as there was only one person taking care of customers. Additionally, I noticed that a staff member with darker skin was wearing gloves, while other kids were biting their nails while they were eating. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

The customer service was bad, they had nothing I wanted and to complete it, no one wears a hair net throughout the building.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I Walked In And Was Asked If I’m Coming To Pick Up Or Place A Order. I Stated Placing A Order. I Was Unable To Place A Order Because They Cashier Left The Store. 7 Mins Into The Cook Trying To Log Into The Register To Place My Order He Says He Can’t. Because He’s Not Logged In To Take Orders. Lack Of Customer Service, Poor Management Unprofessional
