Dairy Queen - Philomath

I have always enjoyed the food and service at this restaurant in the past, but recently, both the food quality and service have declined. The chicken I ordered was unpleasantly squishy and lacked flavor. Additionally, I experienced a long wait at the drive-thru window.

I swung by this restaurant for a late lunch take-out while I was in town. They were a little crowded with students after school. The portion of country gravy for the chicken strip basket was on the small side. My husband's burger was surprisingly spicy for a Dairy Queen, but he enjoyed the unexpected kick. Despite only having three employees, the service was pretty fast considering the busy dining room and drive-thru.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent, no complaints there. However, I have to deduct a star for the extremely awkward drive-thru arrangement.

My order has been wrong at least 3 times at this location. The items that are correct are really good. But it?s disappointing that things are always missing or wrong. 2 stars because I know the staff are working hard, but it seems like some workers needmore supervision than others.

I eat at my local dq allot but after eating here I have realized that my local place is lacking soo much because the Food here is the ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever had at any dq!!! Service was excellent and store looked AMAZING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL BECOMING BACK!!!!!
