Bidra med feedbackWe waited 20 min in the drive through and Caralina and her coworkers were very rude. We asked for a drink after waiting for 15 minutes to which she very rudely said no. Finally when the food did come out it was wrong. I asked for no onions or pickles but they put them in the burger. We waited another 3-4 minutes and during that time I again asked to make the customer happy (a drink) denied again. Finally the burger comes out again, I leave and when I open the wrapper there are no onions or pickles but there was no bacon…We are never coming here again. Worst service we’ve experienced. No effort to make things right.
Horrible service. Staff is rude. I didn't even order food because of how bad the service was. Go save your time and order somewhere else!
This location sucks. The only reason I typically go here is because it is open later, and on my way home from work, and every time I get disappointed, I always give it another shot because I'm a freaking idiot. After today, no more! The dude working, the drive-through was actively talking people out of placing orders because they were a half an hour away from closing. These are the same folks that were complaining that they wanted $15 an hour, yet they don't want to do the work. After hearing two people in front of me at the drive-through get told the same thing, I decided that was the last person I wanted making my food. I went to In-N-Out and paid about the same price as I would have at Burger King, except I got delicious food and exceptional customer service. This restaurant shall no longer be known as Burger King. Burger peasant is more like it. Sorry ass dropkick burgersand overcooked, old fries and dried chicken sandwiches are all you will find here with a side of sadness!

After waiting in the drive thru for 17 minutes and not one car moved, I got out of line and went inside. There were only a three other people inside, but the woman at the counter made it abundantly clear they were very overwhelmed and orders would be out as soon as they can, but it 's going to be a bit. 7 bags were lined up in the counter waiting for food. So, I left. I watched 2 other potential customers leave and 2 more leave the drive thru line. I can 't rate the food, because I couldn 't get any.I 'll drive to the BK on Bell from now on. Really awful that BK is treating it 's loyal customers like that. Bad business Burger King
