Ihop - Phoenix

Hello IHOP, I was very pleased with the service. The restaurant was quite busy on this particular day, but we understood the situation. I felt this was the perfect opportunity to share a positive review. I'm sure they will tell their friends and family about this IHOP. While it can get busy at times, the wait is definitely worth it. The typical wait time for a small party is usually between 10 to 20 minutes, depending on seating availability.

We also tried their spiced poblano, which contained generous amounts of cheese, hash browns, meat, avocado, and jalapeños. After adding some hot sauce, it tasted great, and the portions were quite large. Next, we ordered their Mexican pancakes, which weren’t as soft as we had hoped, so we requested another batch. They provided us with fresh pancakes at no extra cost, which we appreciated. They also offer free refills of cold brew coffee. Overall, while we had to wait a bit for our food to arrive, we enjoyed our time at IHOP and plan to visit again. We’re giving it 4 stars because we have higher expectations for the pancakes, but 5 stars for the polite service.

The person with the shaved head and the measuring tools is very beautiful, but the staff doesn't appear to be very helpful. We received cold food and our order was incorrect. I wish someone would assist them because it's frustrating to see three other people going in and out of the kitchen without cooking or cleaning, but not supporting their one server.

Food was horrible my hashbrown's came out Luke warm we were they only people in there and there was 6 of us and they said it would take 45 minutes for us to get our food Toast was cold. And our waitress was horrible. Other people had 2T bone sticks both ask for meeting rare both steaks came out well done. I definitely would not recommend this place at all.
