Jersey Mike's Subs - Phoenix

Nice staff and great sandwich but this is for the manager: when you have workers sitting down playing on their phones, I have to ask, are you hiring? I'll get paid to do that, leaving the trash can full and tables dirty.

Poor customer service and the deli slicer looked like it hadn't been cleaned all weekend. 2 of the workers seemed to be annoyed with my presence and one of the guys just threw my sandwich on the table after making it. It wasn't even wrapped yet. The guythat added my toppings was too lazy to replenish the mayo and lettuce so he proceeded to scrape the mayo pan to get whatevermayo remained which was a very meager amount. The lettuce that was remaining was sparse and it was starting to turn brown. Oncethe sandwich was wrapped and bagged it was tossed at me. I won't be returning to Jersey Mikes.

Jersey Mike's is the ideal spot for a quick sub! They offer a wide variety of options, and this location is consistently well-stocked. Plus, the staff is always friendly.

I arrived just before closing time, and I apologize for that! The person who prepared my sandwich was incredibly accommodating and kept assuring me that everything was fine while he made my sandwiches. Both of them turned out to be delicious! I had originally intended to order hot sandwiches, but since it was so close to closing, I couldn't get them. I guess that's the price you pay for being a last-minute customer!

The service at this restaurant was terrible. As we walked in, the employee looked us right in the eyes but didn't acknowledge us at all. After we placed our order, we had to get our own cups because they weren’t provided. We ordered our food to go (and didn’t request it “Mike’s Way”), but when we got home just five minutes later, our sandwiches were so soggy they were practically mush. It was downright awful.
