Mcdonald's - Phoenix

I had to wait for 20 minutes for two hashbrowns on a $30 order. I ended up having to drive through again to pick up my food because at least five cars were ahead of me. What a frustrating experience.

The people at the first layer of this restaurant were incredibly rude. I will never spend my money here again after the way I was treated. I stopped by in the morning before work to grab a coffee, as they were offering a deal for .99 coffee or ice cream. However, when I tried to order, I was ignored by the cashier. I placed my order and scanned my code for the discount, but when I received my receipt, I saw that I was charged full price for my coffee. When I brought this up with the cashier, she claimed my code didn't go through. I asked her how to properly scan the code for the discount, but she just gave me vague answers. I ended up asking for a manager, who also refused to help me and insisted there was nothing she could do. Frustrated, I asked for a refund and vowed never to return to this place. The employees clearly lacked customer service skills and were not well-suited for their industry.

I was here several times and never had a bad experience or a confused order. I'm sure a day because everyone makes mistakes at some point, but still. the facility and the grounds are always clean. not the simplest little girl at this place! food: 5/5

For one, let me get out of my chest that I absolutely hate the DUAL new Drive Through that McDonalds has setup on their restaurants. The space between the ordering terminal and the window is very short and there is always chaos not to mention certain people who cut in because they have more space. The people taking orders on these ordering terminals are off on timing so one sometimes is faster than the other. This is extremely annoying. So McDonalds, if you are reading this please remove the dual driver through!!As far as food and service, this restaurant is one of the better ones around.

I order things for me and my coworkers and ordered 7 burgers and we only got three. Y’all need to get it together we hungry. I’m trynna call and complain and no one answer the phone. YOU GUYS NEED TO FIRE SOMEONE!
