Panda Express - Phoenix

I had to wait 20 minutes until the rice could cook. I came home and my plate had no rice, it had only Chow mine. This is very disappointing, will not come back. Plenty of customer experience. On this review, today on 27. August at 9:21am I came through the ride thru, as on my way home asked for an order of potstickers and the lady who took my order kept Seufzer and asking if I wanted to wait. When I said that was okay, she sighed again and said with posture? The Lord who supported me on the window was much more beautiful. This is the second time I came to this place, and I must say that I am extremely upset with the service. Too much hostility.

Terrible management? I like the product, hate this place. For lunch they are totally dysfunctional and often from 5-7 articles at a time. Every day the Super Greens are from 12-1:30 and it is 8-10 minutes waiting to refill. The problem is that they run out and do not forward to the cook until the next customer asks for the article so that a few minutes are lost. Its pervasive and daily functional disorder? 4 customers went out yesterday after the items they wanted. I was told it would be an 8 min waiting for the 2 items, so I set my stop watch and it ended 14 min before my food was delivered. Managers hear and do nothing to fix the problems and say ?well could you order online?. Panda you need to clean house at this badly functioning place!

Fresh and delicious food at 6:00. If you only order a meat with your dinner, you will pay a reasonable price. Very affordable.

Female manager super she worked hard while I dined. She didn't think she was a second, she had the other 4 employees on duty not to work constantly. This place was constantly busy staff was great to work with my food hot fresh

Location opens at 10:30am, I came in at 10:40am and attempted to place an order with Jessica G, only to be told that they couldn't fulfill my order because the food wasn't ready yet. Come to find that they only had 4 entrees from their entire menu had been prepared, with Chow Mein being the only option as side after being told White Rice would be 30 minutes. I order what was available and paid for the meals. Jessica G was extremely rude with her tone and demeanor throughout our interaction with snide response to my questions about the available food. I simply can't understand how if a restaurant opens at a specific time, that food isn't ready or at least available in a short and timely manner. The employees didn't seem to care much from what a gathered and based on other reviews their management is going along with the shenanigans too. I will no longer be a patron of this location moving forward and surely spread the word to my co workers.
