Bidra med feedbackFantastic food with fresh ingredients and generous portions of extremely valuable money! It was so good we had 5 meals in the span of 4 days in Phuket, and we are not ready to explore the entire menu. P.S. they serve the best mango sticky rice! Thanks to friendly owners and cooks every meal warms our hearts and belly
Best Thai food I've had in Phuket. Food is flavorful and delicious. It is a small restaurant with limited seating so be prepared to wait to be seated. We tried to get a seat on 3 different days but it was very busy. Luckily got a table on our last night in Phuket and it was worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Tom Yum soup is the best I've ever had. Flavorful and spicy; it made me sweat but I couldn't stop eating it. The pad see ew with seafood was amazing. Great fried noodles and flavor. The fish was excellent. Restaurant is clean. I would highly recommend this place!
Best tom yum per pad Thai is really good, as well as mussels and pork burgers! Loved the setting and the atmosphere, just perfect! This is the place where you want to come back:
Food was great, very tasty and full of taste. We ordered Thai red curry with crabs and thai red curry with seafood. I would always recommend this place. Also the staff was very friendly and pleasant
In view of this, Sabaijai looks like many other cafés, with an enormously diverse and overwhelming menu. But it's so much more than that. From the awesome chilled playlist, to razing but incredible thai ice cream coffee, to the disarming real smile of the owner who welcomes you as her mother cook in the kitchen, Sabaijai feels just right. You really experience the commitment to feel the happiness and joy that translates the name of the café. When it comes to order, a advice. Trust the owner's recommendations. At both times here, their choices were perfect (we had fried morning fame salad, roti with green curry, and stir-fry pig with basil). Everything was amazing, especially the salad. After meal, you will also get a little free, like a sweet cake or some fruit, to cool you after some overcrowded spices. And one of us was also born in Bangkok, so it's even harder to please! We ate here twice during our weekly stay, and we are the kind of people who believe that it is a cardinal sin to eat twice when traveling at the same place. We probably go back tomorrow, as the owner said, they cook mainly the South Thai cuisine. The owner told us that sabaijai has been closed for 3 years for obvious reasons. The rest of Karon's restaurants also seems to have suffered, or understandably swung to offer wide choices that satisfy foreign taste. That made it pretty hard to find a good place in Karon. Occasionally, however, you only eat in a place that leaves you completely and completely satisfied, with a belly full and taste buds tingling. We are so glad that Sabaijai reopened and we were lucky to experience this happy place. Thank you and we wish you every success in the world!
