My partner organised a surprise trip to Sorrento for my birthday. The trip was made so special by Antonella and her family who's kindness and spotlessly clean apartment was the perfect base for our exploring. The view from the little olive farm is second to none and on my birthday, after a busy and tiring day out we asked, last minute, if we could have dinner there. The food was simply lovely local, fresh and plentiful and all this was topped off by a lovely little birthday cake. What more could a girl ask for?! All in all the trip was superb and although my partner has a good grasp of Italian this was not compulsory, as English is spoken well. Thank you so much for a stunning and much needed break!
