Crackin Shells Dippin Tails - Picayune

I love this place! The food is great and so much pride is taken from the kitchen in food. The way they decorate the plates is great. The place is beautiful inside and the outer swamp Shack terrace is so cool. I love the way they have entertainment on Friday and Saturday. I see this place is growing to be something big in Picayune! If you haven't gone, check them.

First visit...... our experience was amazing. This place is not just a restaurant it's like family. We really love the decorations the company and if course the food. I'm ALWAYS sceptical about seafood in particular. I was told the crawfish was the best and well she was right. I've NEVER had crawfish as good as this establishment. Well done and you best believe we will be back. The Skippers.

Wow! A local friend has been posting pictures of this restaurant on Facebook for a while now. We happen to be in the area so decided to get together with him and try it out. He was absolutely correct we had an amazing meal. It wasn't exactly health food, but it was delicious!! Try the loaded Philly steak fries! and the fish platter we got was amazing to I forget the name but I believe it was the GC or the GQ... Did I say wow?

As a frequent patron of this establishment, I can honestly say that the review given this morning was a defamation of the character of the bar as well as the owner, as me and my family was there. The customer that left that review , Brittany Dastugue, walked in to order drinks , did not purchase food, and when it was apparent that she was intoxicated, the owner made the best decision to conclude her ability to purchase any more alcoholic beverages as well as offered to drive her home, but she refused this offer, and in turn, was so belligerent, to the point of causing an altercation. Crackin Shells has the best interest of all its customers, and is not worried about just making a quick dollar. I’m glad there is a bar/restaurant in our town that can be spoken so highly of.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the atmosphere feels increasingly comforting. I adore the decorations; they make it feel like home. I tried the shrimp for the first time, and it was absolutely incredible. Plus, Mrs. Donna is a fantastic owner.
