Wendy's - Pickerington

That was my first visit to this restaurant, and I noticed it was much busier on the Wendy's side compared to the Tim Hortons side. They have separate drive-thrus, unlike some other places. It felt a bit cramped inside. The food was good, but I definitely think the facility could use some improvements.

We love visiting the Wendy's Tim Hortons located in the Kroger on Route 256. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the eating area is always clean. Now, let's talk about dinner. We've consistently enjoyed great food there. Everything is always fresh! The salad has a delightful crunch when you take your first bite. Highly recommend!

We ate inside. Very clean! Food was hot and tasty and the service was fast and friendly. I love their pop machine. You can mix up about any combination you can think of. Wendy's has Coke products.

Looooong drive thru wait at 8:15pm on a Monday. Bunch of kids yelling in background while trying to order. Kid taking money at 1st window clearly hated job and was disappointed with life choices, 2nd window was slow on food delivery and of course we were missing items when we got home.SHOCKER!

An A for effort plus a star for... who knows what... I ordered just a small fry because if you can't get that together why bother. The fries do taste like an Idaho potato, but were mismatched in size, and not the pictures we see on TV...but I was rooting for them and the sea salt that I guess is still in the sea because it wasn't on my fries! The cash kid was courteous but can't count... 4 minus 3.48 is not .95!! I need a fast food go to, don't make me preorder my hamburgers and fries from Longhorn. Remember fast vs. fresh.... Pick fresh. I'll be back in the future to order another fry....one day, and please don't disappoint.
