Chick-fil-a - Pico Rivera

Overpriced and disappointing. I ordered food for a special occasion and felt like I did not get my money's worth. The food was not fresh and I do not plan on returning.

I have visited this restaurant a few times now and it has always been consistently good. I have tried everything from sandwiches to salads and they have all been delicious. Despite some negative reviews, I have always received excellent service here. I visited on a Friday at 11:30am and ordered a salad. The food was served to me quickly and the staff checked in on me to see if I needed a drink refill or extra napkins. They even offered to clean up after me, which was a nice touch. The restaurant can get a bit noisy during lunch rushes, but the great customer service makes up for it. I will definitely be returning, as who can resist Chick Fil A!

I recently tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento dish at this restaurant and was disappointed. The sauce and cheese were missing, and for the price I paid, it was not worth it. To make matters worse, my son has to carefully monitor his carb intake for medical reasons, so we ordered a diet lemonade for him. However, they mistakenly gave us a regular lemonade which caused his blood sugars to spike. They need to be more careful and attentive to their customers' special dietary needs.

Was here with my sister and my Mom. The food was great! But I got to add on that Miriam I believe that’s what I saw on the shirt) has such an amazing personality! Constantly asked us if everything was going good. :

I went in today with my daughter for an afternoon lunch. We stood there roughly for about 40 mins and I must say, I was highly impressed with the quality of hard work the team put in during that time. I observed them working while I was eating and all the workers were doing their duties like a well oiled machine. One worker that I want to give props to was Aryana. She was very friendly and she was so helpful with my daughter and I. I can't say enough on how good she made us feel.
