Mcdonald's Pietermaritzburg Drive-thru

I was going to give this place a 5 star because I love going there and enjoy myself and I've always had a great experience in both drive thru and dine in. Until this one day I came here and there was a very rude lady at the door, she was supposed to sanitize me and write my name but there was no pen and when I asked she was giving me bad attitude and telling me it's not her problem. I told her she must not treat customers the way she does and she told me to leave her alone and go do what I came to do or leave. My experience was sabotaged a little bit and since that day I never do eat ins anymore I drive thru.

The staff is friendly, a few of the tables were dirty. It was little quiet, I enjoyed my meal.

Too much talking and distraction in the kitchen slows down service. It’s great to see great comraderie in the kitchen team but they must work faster and be more efficient in their service.

I took a big bite of the burger, and it was delicious! The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, the food is excellent, and the staff is really friendly.

Absolutely outstanding service! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience a perfect 10/10. I've had some issues in the past, but everything feels completely improved now. I highly recommend this place!
