Burger King - Pigeon Forge

Manager is very very rude. Only one nice worker works there. Had us locked in. Manger then continued to talk about me and my friends.

It's a great place to eat in or use there convenient drive thru. Breakfast lunch or dinner comes out another cheaper than McDonald's

Food was sloppy and greasy!! Employees were very rude and disrespectful. Order was made wrong! Coffee tasted watered

My family and I visited Dollywood December 27, 2023. By the time we made it to the drive thru, we realized this Burger King was closing.We were very surprised to hear an employee tell us they would gladly take our order anyway.It being so late, every single person we interacted with, treated us as if we were the first customers of the day. No one acted tired and ready to just go home like most would be.After we ordered, they kept taking people through the drive thru. Now that, is customer service!! GREAT JOB. Thank you for being so awesome!!!

There were 2 missing items from from order and one of the items I ordered was a bacon cheeseburger and they never put a burger patty on it.
